Temporary technical glitches (e.g., server downtime, class re-uploading, buffering) are resolved within 24–72 hours and should not be considered as a defect or reason for a refund.

🕒 Class Schedule & Changes Policy

The class schedule may be changed or updated as per teacher availability or academic needs. All such updates will be shared via the app/WhatsApp group.

If any class is missed by the student, recordings will be available. No extra class will be rescheduled for individual students.

If a teacher is unavailable due to health or emergency, the class may be rescheduled or taught by another qualified educator.

🔧 Platform Update/Content Availability Clause

Some features or layouts may vary due to platform updates or app version changes. Content availability will remain intact within your active validity.

In case of an app update, students must reinstall or update the app manually to continue accessing it.

For Windows version, following are required:

The medium of instruction is English with Hindi explanation (Hinglish), suitable for students from both Hindi and English backgrounds.
